By using InSpec Digital (inspecdigital.com) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What InSpec Digital is

InSpec Digital is an automated tool that grades a website's ability to win customers (speed, mobile experience, findability, modernity, trust signals, and related factors) and returns a plain-English report card with suggested improvements. The free score shows an overall grade and a top issue; the paid report ($29.99) shows the full breakdown, every issue found, and a prioritized fix list.

The report is informational, not a guarantee

Payments & refund policy

The full report is a digital product delivered instantly and automatically after payment. Because of that:

Acceptable use

Third-party services

If your report recommends professional help, InSpec Digital may refer you to ReSpec Digital (also operated by Side Quest Adventure LLC) or other providers. Any service you purchase from a third party is governed by that provider's own terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Side Quest Adventure LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of InSpec Digital or reliance on a report. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid report will not exceed the amount you paid for that report.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Kentucky.
